All you need is a valid prescription from your practitioner.<\/p>\n<p>Prescriptions must be started within 27 days of the date of issue, so we politely ask you to make appointments in good time.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, we cannot accept incomplete or incorrectly filled out prescriptions. Please make sure that the prescriptions are filled out completely and correctly.
