Should you wish for further or supplementary treatment beyond the quota of the health insurance, some services of the physiotherapy practice Schröter are also available as preventive measures for self-payers(§8 MPhG) .

Prices for self-payers are based on the price list for privately insured persons.

For legal reasons, we can only offer treatments that go beyond a feel-good massage as a follow-up service within 12 months after your prescription . Alternatively, you can as your practiotioner for a private prescription .

Your co-payment consists of 10% of the cost of the remedies plus €10 per prescription. We only accept this amount temporarily and forward it in full to your health insurance company. Children and young people who have not reached the age of 18 are subject to the co-payment exemption.

Please contact your health insurance company regarding reimbursements (e.g. in the event of a broken treatment series).

Within the Prinzenviertel, the physiotherapy practice Schröter also offers home visits. The additional costs for this amount to 22€ per treatment. If prescribed, the costs can also be covered by your health insurance company.

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance - this applies to practice hours and on working days Monday to Friday. If the patient misses an appointment without canceling it in good time, the therapist is entitled to demand compensation without being obliged to provide subsequent service (§ 615 BGB). For an appointment canceled by our practice, you will of course be given a replacement appointment in a timely manner.
