In our practice, we treat in German as well as in English. If you would like treatment in English, please let us know when you make your appointment.

You are welcome to have a trusted person accompany you to our practice for treatment. This does not require much explanation of your motives.

If you are unable to reach us by telephone, please leave a telephone number, your availability , and your request on our answering machine - we will get back to you as soon as possible.

As a new patient, you will usually receive an appointment in our practice within 7-14 working days.
Depending on the situation, short-term appointments may also become available.

We offer home visits exclusively in the catchment area of the Prinzenviertel (10318).

As state-certified and licensed physiotherapists, our treatments and many of our applications of physics may be billed to health insurance companies. All you need is a valid prescription from your practitioner.

Self-payers patients receive a currently valid fee agreement with our prices before the start of treatment. After the treatment, you will receive a total invoice .

Please note that many physiotherapeutic services require a prescription in Germany. You can have your doctor issue a private prescription for this.
