In the wake of the German Infection Protection Act there is an FFP2 mask requirement in effect from October 1, 2022 until at least April 7, 2023.
Children under the age of 6, people who cannot wear a mask for medical reasons and deaf and hard of hearing people are also generally exempt from the mask requirement.
